If you do not wish for your pet's photo to be used in this manner, please refrain from submitting it, or contact PPC to opt out of these programs.

9. Services

We offer various pet care services, including doggie daycare, dog boarding, dog grooming, dog training, and transportation. All services are subject to availability.​

10. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon receipt of an invoice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.​

11. Cancellation Policy

· Daycare and Grooming Appointments: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the reserved services.

· Dog Boarding: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

· Dog Training: For training sessions, a 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. If insufficient notice is provided, the session will be charged in full.

· Transportation Services: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge for the scheduled service.

5.1. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full-service fee. This policy ensures that we can provide services to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

5.2 Payment and Deposits

· All deposits are non-refundable unless a cancellation is made within the specified timeframes.

· Remaining balances for services must be settled at the time of service.

5.3 Extreme Weather or Emergencies

In cases of severe weather or emergencies that prevent travel, clients may cancel services without penalty. Documentation may be required.

5.4 Modifications to the Cancellation Policy

Patriot’s Pet Care reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
